Life-Search
Life Search is a proactive, family oriented service that securely delivers complete portfolios to law enforcement agencies, media and other authorities within minutes in the event a loved one is missing. Life Search allows you to enter current information on your loved ones with photographs and relevant background information prior to the need for retrieval.
The Life Search database is stored in a 24-hour secure facility that is staffed by trained security personnel. If your loved one is missing, call the toll free number, verify to title operator your password or family code information, and within minutes a current and accurate profile will be sent via E-mail or fax to the caller and to the appropriate authorities. A missing person alert is also posted to the Internet at the Life Search web site Information can also be sent to local media, highway patrols, sheriff's offices and private security firms in the region so that the search might take on a larger scope in a substantially reduced time frame.
Life search will be a free service to anyone who wishes to enroll. Donations and corporate sponsorship sponsor all funding for this program. This service will be made available November 1999.
